The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives people a general right of access to information held by or on behalf of public authorities, promoting a culture of openness and accountability across the public sector.
Healthy School's Freedom of Information Publication Scheme is currently awaiting approval from the Information Commissioner's Office.

You can make a request for information. This must be in writing, via email or by letter or fax. Please call the NHSP Helpline for a full postal address or email support@healthyschools.gov.uk. Healthy Schools will comply fully with the Freedom of Information (FoI) legislation. We will satisfy your request as fully as possible within 20 working days of deadline, although Healthy Schools reserves the right to charge for information requested under the FoI Act 2000.
