New Password Tip

We advise that once you receive your new password that you…

1. Highlight it using your mouse.
2. Right click and “copy” the password.
3. Enter your User Name in the login form
4. Within the “Password” box, right click and select paste.

This cuts and pastes any complicated password to ensure that no characters are missed.

Changing your Password

Once you are in the system we strongly suggest that you change your password.

1. Select "Control Panel" (on left hand side menu)
2. Select "Change Password"
3. Enter your old password where indicated (again we suggest the cut and paste option)
4. Enter your new password - this has to be 7 characters minimum and must include at least 1 non alpha-numeric character eg a punctuation mark
5. Enter your chosen new password again within "Confirm Password"
6. Click on "Change Password"
